Tableware, drinks and Sloppy Joes will be provided for the potluck meal. You are welcome to bring along your favorite dish if you’d like.
Meeting Agenda will consist of officer elections, reflection on the year as well as planning for next years activities. Your suggestions and ideas are very important to keep our group growing and enjoying what we do.
The following offices are up for re-election and we are accepting nominations until September 27th for the 3 year term offices of President, Secretary and Treasurer. Please let us know if you are interested in adding your name to the ballot or nominating someone to run for these offices. If you are not interested in running for an office but would consider serving on the board as an At-Large member please let us know as well. The ballot will be emailed out 2 weeks prior to the annual meeting. You must be a paid member and be present to vote.
